Landlord Tenant Resource Center (In-person legal assistance for tenants and landlords)
 
The Landlord Tenant Resource Center (LTRC) provides free legal information to both unrepresented landlords and tenants who have residential housing disputes in the District of Columbia. The LTRC is located in Room 223 on the second floor of the Landlord and Tenant Courthouse, 西北第四街510号, 华盛顿, DC 20001. The LTRC also refers eligible tenants for legal advice and representation.

Please note that due to a high demand for services, it may be necessary for the resource center to limit the number of customers it sees each day and close intake before 3:00 p.m. 资源中心将, 只要有可能, provide written materials and referrals to customers who cannot speak with an attorney that day.
